Spanish foreign player Juan Emilio shared his view on the upcoming games against KPRF and the entire Russian championship.
– Already today is the first game of the 17th round against KPRF. It was in the match against this team that you debuted in Russian futsal. What can you say about the team?
– They have a lot of players who deserve respect. This team plays very quickly and has a very aggressive game. The very first forte that immediately catches the eye is their players bench. No matter who is on the court, everyone has a high level. The second strength that I see is that they always want to control the game, no matter if they win or lose, they always want to get the ball.

– What are the qualities necessary to have a team playing against KPRF?
– The quality with which it is necessary to approach the games against KPRF is wisdom. With them you can never give up, regardless of the result. Individual combat and accurate transmission will be fundamental indicators.

– In European futsal, they play 2 halves of 20 minutes each, in Russia 25 minutes each. Already felt the difference?
– Yes, I see that I need more energy to withstand physically. I had to change some things in order to better adapt to this mode, such as diet and longer rest.

– What can you say about Russian futsal in general?
– I sincerely believe that Russian futsal will complete me as a player, this is a very demanding type of futsal on a physical level and with a very direct game. In fact, I am very impressed with the intensity of the matches.
