Having played a draw (2-2) in the second leg against Byelorussian national team, Russian futsal national team based on the results of the two games is qualified for the World Cup final 2016 in Colombia.

The first half of the match ended in a draw. The Russian team started the game with the following four: Fakhrutdinov, Antoshkin, Eder Lima and Robinho. The net was defended by Sergey Slemzin in a goalie helmet. On the rights of the hosts the team of Sergey Skorovich immediately leaded the game but couldn’t carry out many moments.

On the 13^th minute Artem Antoshkin pushed football right into the goal net.

The Byelorussian team immediately took a minute break and the whole time did dangerous counterattacks. On the 19^th minute they drew the game. Fakhrutdinov had a foul next to our net where from a penalty kick Aleksandr Olshevskiy received pass and sent it to our goal, 1-1.

The guests team played quite actively the second half because the need to score in order to pass to the final and on the 32th minute Oleg Gorbenko scored a goal.

A minute later Sergey Slemzin once again was in the spotlight when collided the with Vladimir Zhigalko. As a result, our goalkeeper had his eyebrow cut and the Byelorussian player had to leave the court on a stretcher because of the injury of his head.

On the 4:26 minute the guests tried to play with extra man, but it ended in Robinho’s pass to Lima, who did the last goal.

Based on the points in both games, Russian national team is qualified for the World Cup final 2016 in Columbia.
