The confrontation between the senior youths of the Gazprom-Ugra and Ukhta futsal clubs as part of the 2nd round of the Russian futsal championship among the teams of the Super League clubs ended in favor of the Ugra team. The final score of the match 4-2 (3-1).
The team of Andrey Dyuryagin came to the floor of the match in a very shortened lineup – 7 field players and 1 goalkeeper.
Semyon Byzov, Dmitriy Koznov, Aleksandr Lukin, Maksim Markovsky, Mikhail Shlyapnikov, Maksim Fatikzyanov were summoned to a training camp as part of the men’s Russian youth futsal team in Moscow to prepare for guest friendly games against peers from Portugal.
Andrey Dyuriagin, Gazprom-Ugra coach, commented on the results of the match against Ukhta:
– We achieved a positive result due to a strict game on the defensive, in an attack we tried to play from an opponent, which is what happened. I especially note the desire of players to benefit the team in each episode of the game.
