On January 8, in the city of Yugorsk, the third round of the zonal competitions “Orkhim – Russian Championship in mini-football among junior teams of 2007-2008 b.” Ended in the universal hall of the JCC “Nord” Matches were very productive and rich in unexpected outcomes. The maximum number of points managed to score only one team. Interestingly, it turned out to be the younger guys of Gazprom-Ugra-2008 (coaches A. Tryapitsin, I. Schmidt), in a personal meeting who beat one of the favorites of the tournament VIZ-2007.
IFC Gazprom-Ugra awarded commemorative prizes in the nomination “The most useful team player” to the following players:
In the intervals between intense games, young players visited the Museum of History and Ethnography. The children learned with pleasure and curiosity about the history of the Ugra region, having examined the main exposition “The lines of fate – the point of intersection”.
Alexander Baranovsky, coach “VIZ – 2007”:
– In general, for us the tour in Yugorsk turned out to be difficult. Here, each of the players got a great experience and became stronger. I would like to thank the organizers of the tour. The ability of the guys to go out on the same floor as the teams of the Super League is very important. Here and the club museum, where you can see the conquered trophies of the highest level. All this encourages the boys to play futsal.
Nikolay Zhikharev, head of FC Phoenix:
– We are not here for the first time. In October, they came to the pre-season tournament with a team born in 2009. Always get great pleasure from organizing competitions in Yugorsk. Even before the game, we walk along the corridor, we see chic photos from international competitions, cups of the highest dignity in the museum. For the teams that came here from very small cities, this is equivalent to a visit to Camp Nou in Barcelona. And when there is also the opportunity to watch such landmark matches as, for example, the confrontation between the children’s teams of Gazprom-Ugra and Sinara, this is very motivating. Yesterday we walked around the city for a bit, went to the Christmas tree, in general, broke free from the competitive rhythm. The boys rolled on a hill, ran, jumped and blew off steam. There is little free time, so there are meetings where we analyze today’s game and make plans for the next, theoretical lessons.
