“I would like to evaluate the result as positive,” since we are now playing with strong opponents, and in these matches it is important not to lose psychologically before the game. We are trying to tune the guys into this, and in the game, not only to play defense, as it was today in the second half, when we could not oppose any counterplay, we only fought back. I am grateful to the guys that they survived, and some moments that we have worked out, they passed. Taking into account the fact that Almaz has very good pivots, we could not cope with them in the first half, in the second we adjusted them. We like these games only for the benefit, I think, and the audience liked this game.

– How do you rate the game in the majority and the final match?

– A five-by-four game was also prepared in training, but there were elements on the field that the players themselves chose incorrectly – Almaz played low, we played quite differently, when they played high, we could not choose which combination to use. Although there was enough time, they themselves created haste. Well, that did not miss.
