The Russian national team passed to the one fourth stage of the World Cup, and will have to play against Spain to pass for the semi-finals. Let us remind you that it was the Spanish team which in February of this year deprived our team of the European champion title.

On the night of September 20th to 21st, the Russian national team beat with a large score the team of Vietnam in the 1/8 (7-0), securing a place in the quarterfinals of the tournament.
Our 1/4 is the Spanish team, which tonight knocked out of the tournament Kazakhstan, the match between the teams ended with the score 5-2. In the course of the game the Spanish striker Sergio Lozano was removed, for this reason, the Spanish leader misses the match against Russia.

The second pair of the quarterfinal is Iran vs Paraguay.

The matches will be held on the night of September 24th to 25th.
