“Gazprom-Ugra” vs “Record” (Poland) 4-3

Gazprom took over the initiative from the very first minutes. Dmitriy Lyskov opened the scoring with a great pass of Vladislav Shayakhmetov. After just four minutes, Lyskov managed to get a double. The Poles did not give up, literally a minute later, they reduced the difference in the score: Michael Kubik scored.

In the second half of the match, we strengthened our advantage: first Shayakhmetov marked an excellent goal, and then Ivan Chishkala struck the gate of the “Record” too 4-1. The Polish gathered all they had and rushed to recoup. It is worth noting that they were close: four minutes before the end Kubik scored a double, and then, a minute before the final whistle – a hat-trick. Gazprom stood up to the onslaught of the Polish. The team from Yugorsk gets the first victory in the Elite Round of the Champions League 4-3.
