– I want to thank my team for the playoffs. Of course, it was a completely different team, not the one that appeared in the regular season. The reason is clear: a huge number of injuries that have befallen us, it did not allow us to fully prepare, all the time we had different players on the pitch, lacked our strongest players. Only now we have started to take on the real “Dina” force. We showed it in games against a very strong opponent, I believe that today “Gazprom” is the best team in the Russian championship. I am sure that all these matches will give us even more strength in the future. All the guys played with all their power, I have no claim to any player, we did everything we could. The victory could be on one side and on the other, this is football. Unfortunately, we were a little bit unlucky today. We have huge background of fatigue, four players played under injections today, so I am thankful to the team, I congratulate the opponent on their victory and wish to win again the Championship of Russia.

Kaka, head coach of the FC “Gazprom-UGRA”:
– It is very difficult to held a press conference 5-10 minutes after the end of a game, especially after such matches. It is hard to find any words to comment on the game: I can’t really understand what it was. Counterattacks, goal moments on both sides all the time. No one coach will be happy with such a game. We did not play our game, didn’t show our safe game, did not to keep control, almost didn’t carry out any opportunities. The only good thing about this match is that we have passed to the semifinals in four games. But it could’ve been five or we could’ve failed to pass at all. We showed character and won a bad game, it is also good. I thank all the guys for their patience, for having endured psychological pressure and for having achieved these results.

In difficult moments the players do for our team what they are accustomed to and what the are able to do. For Vlad Shayakhmetov it is his kick, and he did kick at the goal. This is his second goal from a far distance. He has this skill, he is a very good player.
