Hat-trick of Ivan Chishkala helped our team to beat KPRF with the score of 5-0 in the semi-final away match of the Cup of Russia. The second leg will be held in Yugorsk on March 11th.

Kaka, Gazprom-UGRA head coach:
– Today our team was absolutely different, in comparison with last matches: different mood, different concentration, different attitude and different score. Gazprom has such players, that when they go to the pitch with this attitude, it’s hard to play against them. In our previous matches we had problems with this. Now we have a good score after the first match, although the task has not yet been fully accomplished. This is only the first match, the score is 5-0, it doesn’t mean we can already relax.
We have to prepare for the second leg, a lot can happen in fifty minutes, anything. We must be ready in all the components of the game. The score is not the actual reflection of the game: the game was very smooth, today we scored our moments and did not allow gross mistakes that we had in previous meetings against KPRF.

Besik Zoidze, KPRF head coach:
– We got ready and prepared for this game, to another result and to another fight, which, I believe, was up to a certain point. By the moments we had the opportunity to come forward in the first half. But some gross errors did not allow us to keep the intrigue. In any case, I can not blame the guys and say that they somehow did not set them up or anything. There were team circumstances that did not do us well: the tour we had did not match the level of preparation for such an opponent as Gazprom. All this in general affected the result.
In any case, now I talked with the team, there are no guilty ones, all of us are to blame, I undertake this responsibility. When the score is 0-5, you need to sound an alarm and think about it, first of all, how to fix it. There is the second game, to which we will prepare and think about how to play. But now such a time, when we have another game within the championship only two days later, and we don’t need this negative atmosphere. We must already think about the matches that are coming in the championship.
