The Futsal Association of Russia held a draw of teams that will participate in the Super League of the season 2016/17 and built up the calendar of the first phase.

The Russian Championship starts on August 10th. The list of 12 participants competed last season has not changed. The first match the FC “Gazprom-UGRA” will hold at home against the SC “Dina.”
The draw for the tournament also has remained the same and will be held in two stages. At the first stage, teams will play against each other in three rounds according to the calendar (the full calendar is available on the website). In the second the first eight of the standings teams will stage the playoffs. In the quarterfinals, first place team competes against eight’s place team. The other pairs will be built according the same scheme (2nd place – 7th place; 3rd – 6th, 4th – 5th place). Playoff round continues up to three victories.
