According to the results of the first game of the 29^th round of the youth championship of “Moscow and Moscow region” area beforehand was determined the champion of season 2015/16. The winner of the competition was the youth FC “Gazprom-UGRA”.

A week ago, on March 9^th, “Gazprom” defeated its closest adversary KPRF increasing the gap up to six points. It meant that in the last but one round in order to win the championship beforehand the team of Andrei Tsukanov and Vladimir Kolesnikov couldn’t lose to “Dina” or KPRF couldn’t defeat “Dynamo”.

So that what finally happened. The team of Mikhail Markin lost to the team of Nail Zakerov in the match one day before the main game program of the 29^th round of the championship among youth teams. The “reds” started the game dynamically, by the 8^th minute they led 2 to 0. It was clear, the “communists” had to win to keep up with the “gas team”. But the “reds” couldn’t save the advantage. Yet in the first half Nugumanov scored first ball and in the second accurate shots of Sergey Orlov and Rostislav Pylypenko forced to capitulate Dmitry Molchanov, who came to help the young.

Thus, even if the youth “Gazprom” lose in the remaining two matches, the championship title still will be with them. But the “communists”, champions until today, resigned. What’s more, they are now at risk to go down to the third place, because the gap between the “Dinamo-D” is only 2 points. In the final round the “communists” are to play against the “Olympik” from the city of Mytichi. That could be a good incentive for the team from Mytichi to make some noise and influence the order in the first the places which by its composition won’t change anyway. With this victory the blue and white protected themselves from the youth team “Norilskiy Nickel”, which is on the fourth place of the tournament table.

Let us remind you that the team from Yugorsk used to be the champion among youth teams. In the debut of the championship of the 2008/09 season “the northerners” took the first place. But that was the only season in which teams fought for the championship in playoff. A year later, there was established the Cup among youth teams and the tournament became a full-fledged championship with no play-off matches. It is with this kind of system when the “gas team” becomes the gold medal holder for the first time.
