In the 15th round of Super League the FC “Gazprom-UGRA” is receiving at home the FC “Sibiryak”. The match will be held on February 12th at 11:00, Moscow time.

Head coach, Kaka, spoke about the readiness of his team.

– In the last match of the championship your team have had difficulties to achieve a victory and then “Gazprom” ruined the second leg of the 1/4 finals of the Russian Cup against “Dina”…
– At the press conference after the match, I already touched upon this topic. Now we have a very heavy calendar. If we still looked good enough in two games against “Progress”, against “Dina” we just failed, completely. Despite the fact that our opponent was in similar circumstances, for our team it was the day when everything went the opposite way we had planned it.

– After the game with “Ukhta” you said that you can see who is capable of what after such matches and wanted “to draw conclusions” based on it. What kind of conclusions you were talking about?
– I wanted to talk to the players and I did. You could see they had made right conclusions. This was evident in the matches in Izhevsk, where they played exactly the way I wanted them to. I think I won’t have such claims against them anymore. The second leg of the Cup is totally another story; it just started all wrong initially.

– “Gazprom” has not signed any newcomer yet. Should the fans expect any team strengthening?
– Yes, we’ve been doing the selection work. Now I can not name any, but we have some names “at our gunpoint”. What kind of players? We are not looking for people for a specific position, it is important for us that newcomers were modern players who were well aware of the modern futsal and complied with its requirements. “Gazprom” is constantly looking for players, regardless of their nationality.

– What points you pay special attention on when preparing for the match against “Sibiryak”, the team that follows you in the standings?
– This is a team that plays very effectively in attack. Along with “Dina” they leaders by the number of scored goals, demonstrating a bright, high-speed futsal. They deserve to be at the top. Preparing for a match against such a rival it is especially important for us to pay special attention to our defense. Well, in the game we will make all possible efforts to recover in front of our fans.
