“Gazprom-UGRA” player Vladislav Shayakhmetov commented on the upcoming final match of the Cup of Russia, which will be held in Yugorsk, March 25th:
– We played not a really good game in Norilsk, but we had a lot of chances to achieve a positive result, but we simply did not use our moments, we did not approach as coldblooded as we approached other matches. Likewise, we made mistakes, which resulted in three balls in our goal. All goals are the consequence of our mistakes.

– It was a long flight to Norilsk, a short break between the matches. Tell me, does the team manage to recover for the game?
– Back we did not have a complicated flight, it took us just two hours to get from Norilsk. But how we got there, it’s a separate story. We stayed at the Moscow airport until two in the morning, eventually went home and had our flight only at 6 o’clock in the morning. It turned out that it was not that bad, because on our arrival in Norilsk we stayed in the bus, which took us to the hotel, for more than 8 hours. So it took us almost the whole day to get from home to the hotel.
We have time to recover though. Of course, everyone understands that this is the last cup game, where everything depends only on us. And in this game we will be satisfied only with victory.

– How do you think, who has more advantages in the upcoming meeting?
– I think that in this match everything is 50-50. Yes, Norilsk has an advantage in one ball, but we will try to cover this handicap and make an advantage for ourselves. I think that nothing really bad has yet happened to us, one goal is possible to recover. I will say that there are no favorites, the chances are equal. Everything will be decided on the pitch on March 25th.
