In the first of two friendly matches between the youth teams of Russia and the Czech Republic, the victory for the Russians is 2-1.

Our team from the first minutes acted not only more confidently, but also more effectively than the opponent. Slowly but surely, the Russians seized the initiative, and in the seventh minute they managed to translate it into a goal. Lukash Nemets coped with a shot of Egor Ivanov, but Sergey Denisov turned out to be on the rebound, sending the ball into the net.

In the remaining time of the first half, both teams had some good approaches. Both Aleksandr Boytsov and his colleague Nemets worked hard. Nevertheless, the rivals went to the break with the minimal advantage of the Russian team.

The end of the first quarter of the second half brought Denisov a double – Denis Povarov was faster tha Nemets, made a throw into the goal area, and the captain of the Russian squad did not miss again. The opponent managed to answer with a Lukas Klima goal, scored five minutes before the final whistle. In the remaining minutes, the Czechs had a serious pressure and several times Boytsov had to rescue his team, but he did not flinch. Thus, in the first match players of the Russian national team win.
