– I would say the main thing – the game was a success. I also congratulate my colleague, the opposing team on a deserved victory. Today “Gazprom” showed a disciplined game, it was evident from the first seconds. As for our team, I have double impression. I didn’t like the first half at all, psychologically we totally lost it. I understand perfectly that we are playing against the best team in Europe, which has top players, national team players. But if we couldn’t show everything we are capable for in the first half, we showed a decent game in the second one, created a lot of problems to the opponent. The second half can be placed in our archive.
We have only one task, it is to fight in every game and grow to not give up to our opponents.

Yuriy Nikolaevich is not just a colleague for me, but a man who has done a lot for me as for a future coach. Playing against him is always a special feeling. It is nice to see that “Ukhta” is a young with their style. Today, they demonstrated very strong resistance. We won with the the help of our skills, discipline and respect. We deserved this victory. If we keep treating games as responsible as we did today, then everything will be in our favor.
