Head coaches shared their opinion about the second game of the 4th tour, in which “Sibiryak” defeated “Gazprom-UGRA”, 6-7.

– The beginning of the game was pretty disappointing for us. It also happened because of my strategic mistakes, when I had to find a replacement in our fixed. If yesterday we played through long passes from the very beginning, ran behind their backs, but today everything was different. Our opponent could easily read this short pass; it was comfortable for them to put pressure on us. So it was exactly what they did and took a large lead. We had to make changes, not to “boil” and keep moving forward, sticking to our line and maintain our emotional state favorable enough to get positive results. And we could do that today. Kaka noticed one right thing, we have a very good energy connection with our fans. At the right moment they drove us forward, where we played lit up. And our Siberian character gave us a chance to pull out this victory. It is also very important for the team, for our psychological state and for our ability to achieve future goals.

– “Sibiryak” is a team that changes the course of the game most of all in the Super League. And we knew it. We also knew we could not give them a chance to do that. They have a very good connection with their fans, and when the team is on a positive wave, it is very difficult to stop ‘em. We played well and had result, but then started to make mistakes, lost concentration and eventually got what we deserved in this situation. I congratulate the opponent.
