On March 11th in Syktyvkar started the matches of the “Final Four” of the Russian Futsal Championship among junior teams of the Super League clubs under the age of 16. In the semifinal match we played against “Sibiryak” and gained a confident victory with the score of 6-3 .

Gazprom – U16 reached the final of the Championship of Russia, where on March 12th we will fight for the main trophy against Tyumen.

The head coach of the team is Sergei Luchina, who commented on the victory.

– Sergey Aleksandrovich, I congratulate your team on reaching the final. However, the match wasn’t successful for you in the beginning, the main goalkeeper got removed.
– Thanks for the compliments! Yes, you noticed correctly, it wasn’t the way we wanted to start the game. It was difficult to imagine such a situation before the match. They are also to play, I told them before the game that the most important thing is the beginning of the game. They did not cope with this. Our fault, all together. I had to alter some things. The loss is great, but it was still almost the whole game to play. We made replacements and continued to save the situation.

– Are you happy with the game of your players?
