In Yekaterinburg, on April 9 and 10, a coaching seminar was held within the framework of the “Futsal Academy” project, which was being organized by the AMFR in cooperation with the Moscow Union of Football Federations of the Urals and Western Siberia.

About 127 beginning experts have participated in the event, including coaches of the children’s futsal school of Gazprom-UGRA. As a result of the seminar, the coaches received coaching licenses of category “C”.

On the first day of the seminar, the senior coach of the Russian men’s team Sergey Skorovich and coach of the national teams of the country Konstantin Maevskiy shared their experience and knowledge with the colleagues from the Ural region. The day was devoted to both theoretical and practical studies.
S.L. Skorovitch delivered lectures on the topic “Features of technical and tactical training in futsal”, “Peculiarities of preparation of the National team of Russia for the European Championship-2018”. K.W. Maevskiy described in details the theme of “System replacement players in futsal.” The participants were able to ask any interesting questions about the directions they had voiced.
Further, Sergey Skorovich and Konstantin Maewskiy conducted a training session with a team of juniors, in parallel describing all the nuances of a practical lesson.

The second work day began with the lectures of Konstantin Maevskiy “Set-pieces in futsal” and “Game systems in defense, exemplary preparatory exercises.” Then Sergey Skorovich and Konstantin Maevskiy conducted a joint analysis of the training session with the football players “VIZ-2002”, which took place the day before.
