The results of the 27th Futsal Cup of Russia drawing were summarized by Emil Aliyev, President of the Russian Futsal Association, Member of the RFU Executive Committee. According to the results of the two-match standoff, Gazprom-Ugra took the upper hand over Tyumen and won the honorary trophy for the fourth time in history.
– The final standoff between Gazprom-Ugra and Tyumen will rightfully go down in the history of our futsal. The teams showed a very bright and informative football, in both cities the games were held with crowded stands, and this is not by chance, considering how much attention is paid to the promotion of futsal both in Tyumen and Yugorsk. And therefore, first of all, I congratulate the fans of the Ugra club on winning the Russian Cup. The Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug proved that it is rightfully among the leaders in the development of futsal. I hope that in the future the club will progress and adequately represent its region and our entire country in the international arena.
